Leafs 2012 - 2013 Goalie Tandum Bernier / Reimer ??

Rumor has it ... Burke has turned his attention to vet goalie Loungo and is engaged in conversation with L.A for goaltender Jonathan Bernier .

With a small NHL resume of less than 50 games , bernier is a promising option buried behind Jonathan Quick . Bernier has apparently requested a trade after Quick signed a 10 year contract.

Reimer is healthy and working hard to earn a number 1 spot for next season . This move could really create a great 1a / 1b tandum with serious competition to take the reigns .

Contrary to Lous big contract .... Bernier is a mere 2.5 for one more year .
